Specialist training

In our specialist training courses, we deepen craftsmanship, knowledge and understanding of service and impart sound know-how and practical skills: From barista and sommelier training to other specialized training courses.

In these training courses, we strengthen what really makes service: authentic appearance, confident communication and a real feel for guests. We teach how to live the brand, how to read and use body language, how to create special moments - and how to deal with challenges or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
