Since 2018, we have been shaping the culinary experience on ÖBB’s long-distance services with the DoN’s brand. With the onboard restaurant, First Class service, mobile at-seat service, and vending solutions, we cover all service lines and orchestrate them within a complex, high-frequency rail logistics operation.
