Falstaff Living Design Awards

The MAK - Museum of Applied Arts Vienna became a meeting place for the national and international design scene and a venue for culinary highlights for DoN Catering.
Guests were greeted with artful flying finger food such as smoked salmon with tobiko, tortilla chicken tikka and goat's cheese nougat creations. This was followed by a festive gala menu: from marinated char tartare and braised veal cheeks to refined vegetarian options such as porcini mushroom risotto - all accompanied by a festive gala atmosphere. The evening was rounded off with a tempting dessert buffet with Viennese curd cheese strudel, caramel Kaiserschmarrn and a fine selection of cheeses.
An evening in which design and enjoyment merged in a special way.
